Our Cave to Co-op Special for February is Mt. Alice from von Trapp Farmstead in Waitsfield, VT! Made with pasteurized organic cow’s milk, Mt. Alice is a bloomy-rind, soft-ripened cheese that’s bright and buttery with flavors of crème fraîche, lemon and woodsy mushroom.
