Grant Writing Committee Meeting (Online)

The Co-op Grant Writing Committee will meet Tuesday, April 28, at 7PM on Zoom. All Co-op Owners are welcome. To join the meeting, e-mail Siobain@assabetvillage.coop and Siobain will send you access info.

We’re in negotiations on a site in Maynard for our community-owned grocery store, and that means it’s time to write grants! We understand not everyone might be able to meet – our families, work, and health are our top priorities right now. But if you have the capacity, we would love to have you be part of this crucial step.

Co-ops across the country are having a huge impact in their communities during this crisis. Our hope is to come out on the other side of this with a locally sourced, community-owned grocery store where we can proudly shop, support local producers, reconnect, and celebrate community and food again. Let’s open our store together!
