Chocolate Tasting Journey With Prophecy Chocolate!

This tasting and presentation will follow the cultivation, harvest, fermentation and processing of Cacao and it’s exotic jungle cousins – Macambo, Copuazu and Cupui.

Attendees will have a chance to try Prophecy Chocolate bars, and the unique cousins of cacao they import directly from farmers in Peru. Guests will learn about the traditional method of chocolate consumption…the Original Hot Chocolate. A sample of the ancient chocolate drink recipe from Central America will also be offered to participants!
