Come to the Co-op and sample some of the most delicious local dairy around with Jessica from Mapleline Farm! Since 1904, this Hadley farm has been producing milk from its Jersey cows, pasteurized and bottled on the farm within hours of milking. Jerseys make rich, creamy milk that has 18% more calcium and 20% more protein than typical milks. And because it’s naturally A2, it’s easier to digest.

Sample some milk, talk with Farmer Jessica, and grab a bottle or two from our shelves to take home!
