As part of our Co-op Winter Wellness Series, we’ve partnered with Daisy Hill Farm in Acton (“Gardening with Mittens”) for a FREE online Winter Seedlings Class!

This video will be available on the Co-op’s Facebook page and e-mailed to Co-op Owners beginning Sat., Jan. 30 at 10am. No sign up required.

Farmer Kate Despres (a fellow Co-op Owner!) will show you what seeds you can grow indoors in winter, what soil and receptacles to use, how to ensure ample sun, and when and how to transplant your seedlings next spring!

Join our next FREE Co-op Winter Wellness class with licensed acupuncturist, Chinese herbalist, and nutritionist George Mandler! A fellow Co-op Owner, George will discuss supplements, herbs and lifestyle tips to stay healthy during viral outbreaks. You may be surprised by what you learn in this 40-minute talk followed by a 10-15 minute Q&A.
