Heads of Steam, one of the region’s coolest Dead cover bands, plays our beautiful riverside deck, and Chef Glen is whipping up some delicious munchies for the party…
– Mississippi Uptown Jambalaya: dirty rice, andouille sausage, chicken, onion, celery, peppers and spice
– Sugar Macnolia: shells with creamy cheddar, swiss, and parmesan
– Burrito of Rain: BBQ tofu, cabbage, carrots, pickles, and beans
– Very Jerry Cherry Limeade
