We’re excited to announce that Joe “The Cheese Wiz” Hicks is now the Co-op’s first Cheese Specialist!

Joe comes to the Co-op with more than a decade of professional cheese mongering experience at the beloved Mullahy’s Cheese Shop, where he formed tight bonds with the community in Hudson and wowed them with his cheese knowledge. Come meet Joe, ask for recommendations and pairings, and bring home a wedge of something delicious for the week!
