New Local Farm: Abrantie Farms!
We’re thrilled to welcome Abrantie Farms from Boxborough to the Assabet Co-op Market! Founded in 2022 by Tim Offei-Addo and inspired by his Ghanaian roots, Abrantie Farm brings a vibrant blend of tropical flavor and New England freshness to our produce section.
Using organic practices (and on the path to certification!), Tim grows over 20 varieties of crops — from sweet peppers, carrots, and beets to specialty West African eggplants, ginger, and callaloo!
