WE DID IT!!!

Dear Co-op Community,

THANK YOU! This fall, in true cooperative fashion, hundreds of Owners invested $2M in interest-paying loans to complete our Capital Campaign, just in time for the holidays 🙂

*If you pledged a loan but have not completed your paperwork, please send it in so we can fully fund our project and be ready to roll!

So, what happens in the next few months?

FIRST, in the coming weeks we’ll be sharing the dates of our virtual permitting meetings. Look for opportunities to support our efforts, including signing a letter of community support and turning out for the meetings to give a big thumbs up.

NEXT, in the coming months we’ll begin sharing exciting architectural renderings and interior designs for our store at 86 Powder Mill Road. The Co-op Community will also be invited to a design review meeting!

THIS WINTER, stay tuned for updates as we work through permitting and prepare to build our Assabet Coop Market!
